Hi Silvrbackers!

I'm thrilled to announce the expansion of the cryptocurrency payment options available on Silvrback. We launched the crypto payment option in 2017 with Bitcoin as the sole alternative.

We've just upgraded this payment option to include Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and USD Coin (USDC).

I am still working to make Ripple (XRP) one of these, but the API does not appear to support this yet. With that, the list is a bit fluid, but we'll keep most of these big coins as options going forward.

These transactions are secured through Coinbase, one of the oldest and most respected exchanges out there and is supposedly used by such ecommerce outfits such as Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce.

As I've expressed elsewhere (here), I think cryptos are an important innovation and not simply as a technology. I believe it is one way of distancing oneself from national shenanigans with fiat currencies. And, frankly, Silvrback attracts those who seek a bit more anonymity and privacy regarding their economic affairs.

Needless to say, I intend to promote the use of cryptos on Silvrback going forward.
