Just a quick note to let you know that you can now customize your article post notifications to your subscriber list. A quick tutorial is included below.

This feature will allow you to personalize your message to your readers. The standard 'unsubscribe' statement is not customizable, however.

New Updates Coming

We have a couple of projects that should come online soon. The first will be the addition of Bitcoin as a payment option for those of you wanting a more contrarian path to payments. Hope to be able to announce this within days.

The second update will involve revisions to the 'bio page'. If you post rather lengthy category lists in your bio page, you will soon see category content lines will truncate. This will enhance the appearance of the page, resulting in a cleaner format. Readers will have the option to view all your category content, of course, by clicking a link.

Additionally, you will have the option to display your blog tag cloud at the bottom of your bio page. I expect this to be live before the end of the year.

Finally, as you may know, this year we added Silvrback to the Amazon Subscribe service with the obvious hope of creating a new traffic stream to Silvrback. Amazon has notified us recently that they will be discontinuing this service for digital subscriptions effective mid-November (within a few days).

Frankly, Amazon did little to promote this service and we saw little action from using it. To those of you that did subscribe through this option, you will be notified by Amazon at renewal to go directly to Silvrback.
